• Family therapy after 3rd session

“We have found our sessions with Leah to be really improving the communication and overall relationship between us all. Leah steers us into different themes that as a 3 we would not normally think of discussing or be able to. She has been very patient and makes sure each person is heard. There is a lot of reflecting on topics/situations too which I find very useful.”

  • Individual

“It would be hard to summarise everything Leah has done for me in a few sentences as it’s immeasurable.

I’d always struggled in relationships my entire life from familial to romantic due to negative behaviours from both sides . Leah helped catalyse this process for me and without being too cliché I do feel like a whole other person. She taught me to not be too harsh on myself and helped me understand why people including myself acted the way we did in certain relationships and what I could do to avoid repetitive negative behaviours. In new experiences nearing the end of our sessions I could see some clear differences in my actions that were a result of the time I’d spent with Leah and what I’d learnt from her. I do think these are some long term changes I’ve made and I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without her help. Words can’t express how grateful I am. Thank you Leah”

  • A couple in their 20's

"We came to Leah as a couple to do some work around conflict in our relationship. We found the sessions with Leah very helpful and both immediately felt we could trust her to guide us through tough conversations. Leah is very gentle and wise and has helped us become closer, reaching a new level of commitment in our relationship. Leah grasps what is being brought to the session straight away, understanding the nuances and implications - this has made it easy to talk about past traumas and difficulties. She offers a queer friendly, safe and non judgemental space."
