What is Narrative Therapy? - The Dulwich Centre

How?

A free  20-minute consultation phone or video call for you to see if we are the right fit  and for you to ask  any questions you may have.

In terms of accessibility, I offer therapy online (Zoom and  Teams) this is also a method that works for families where you maybe living in different locations or where scheduling into your life maybe difficult.

I can see you face-to-face  in  a lovely room in  Chelsea, London and  also in St Leonards, East Sussex. I also see clients outdoors, walking, in their homes, workplaces  or another place of their choice.

 what are the costs?

My online rates are individual £60

Couples £80

Family £80-100

My inperson rates are

£75 individuals

My hope is to make  therapy as  accessible as possible, so in terms of finances, I offer a sliding  scale.

Does systemic family therapy work with individuals?

Absolutely !

Work with children?

Although a child may be the primary client , systemic thinking could mean working with the wider family in particular, the parents as well. I started my career in play work and my first Degree was in Art and Drama,  I will use creative tools and techniques such as externalising feelings into characters, puppets and art. Creative techniques are not exclusive to children, these can also help adults too, if it is something you may connect to .

Family law court- mediation could be another word to describe the process , I take a neutral non blame position trying to establish shared goals, with the child at the forefront .
